My intent is to make Realty Investments Unlimited, LLC an excellent resource for investment real estate in and around Charlotte North Carolina.    I am mainly focused on real estate "investing" in the Charlotte area at the present time for several very important reasons. 1. Right now more people are moving into the Charlotte area than any other place in the country. 2. Not only that but the real estate market is still very strong there - regardless of what is happening elsewhere in the country. Therefore, it is one of the best "emerging markets" to invest in at this time.    Consequently, as a "professional" real estate broker - I have chosen to primarily act as a "referral agent" for a select few of my professional colleagues in the Charlotte area.     I can think of no one that I trust more and who are more friendly and down to earth nor can I think of anyone whom I believe are any more capable of making sure that you find just the right "investment property" than these professionals.     However, their real estate expertise is not limited to "investment property" alone by any means.     Simply put - they wholeheartedly believe in and passionately love what they are doing and are "naturals" at it.    No amount of "education" or other "exterior trappings" that some other agents or brokers may have can compete with those qualities.      Most of the listings on my website are by these select professionals. Please don't forget to mention that I referred you to them.  Also I would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly keep me informed of the results of your contact with them.  This will help me make sure that I only refer prospects to the very best real estate professionals.
